At Strikers Cricket, we want you to play with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bats, pads, and gear. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack your gear in its original box, ensuring that cricket bats are padded and all tags remain attached to apparel or protective equipment.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 3 to 5 business days.
